From Barbera to grappa
The Barbera grapes come from Monferrato and Asti. Pomace and some grape juice are distilled in pot and column stills before the distillates are blended.
The Inga family since 1832
The family story begins in Noto, Sicily, in 1832 and later continues in Piedmont. Knowledge of spirits and liqueurs has passed through five generations. Biber takes over Swedish imports on 1 November 2026.
